There are endless benefits to taking coenzyme Q10.  Studies have revealed that CoQ10 energizes every cell throughout the human body.  It also protects against free radicals, which can lead to life-threatening disease.  Some studies have also shown benefits for the brain as well as the heart cells.  Even with all of these benefits, studies continue to reveal other benefits we have not yet discovered.

As wonderful as coenzyme Q10 may be, there is a problem.  The human body naturally starts to produce less CoQ10 as it ages.  The decline in production leads to memory problems, lower energy levels, and the degeneration of cells in the brain as well as the heart.  That is the bad news.  The good news is that we can take a CoQ10 supplement to slow down these signs of aging.
