With any good nutrition plan, there’s always supplements for the little “extra challenges” you might have. And I find that my diet herbalife program truly excels in this category. There are numerous and various herbalife supplements to meet the various participant needs.
When it comes to weight loss, herbalife has a group of supplements called enhancers. There’s supplements for fat burning, energy boosting, protein digestion and so on. While there are numerous products on today’s market for these functions, the uniqueness and convenience of herbalife supplements is that they are for herbal cellular nutrition and can be used all together. For me, building a whole diet program around cellular nutrition does not only provide the very best nutrition, but is the best for your health too!

When thinking about the protein I’m eating, I have to admit I like how I feel so full with a meal that’s less than five hundred calories. In my opinion, these protein shakes are from the best whey protein powder with soy protein available! I truly feel nourished and don’t feel the need to cheat my program at all. And that’s great!
One of the beauties of my diet herbalife program is that you can add fresh fruit, aloe vera juice and/or other supplements of choice to your protein shake, which tastes great, and still be under five hundred calories! After you’ve used a good BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator (there’s a good one at AARP.org) to find out what amount of calories per day to target for your weight loss diet, you’re all set! As always, I strongly recommend a weight loss diet that provides cellular nutrition!

Now, on my friends excellent advice, I began my diet herbalife program. And I must say my motivation was simply because I wanted to feel good, at least better than I was feeling at the time. I wasn’t really driven like my friend who was in great shape. I was honestly curious to see how this might work for me. But I was excited about the obvious possibilities!
Being on an herbalife weight loss diet of my choice actually felt pretty easy. All I had to do was replace a couple meals a day with the recommended protein shakes and supplements and then have a meal of my choice for the third meal of the day. I could have them in any order I wanted. So one day I’d have the breakfast of my choice, then replace lunch and dinner. Usually I had my protein shakes for breakfast and dinner and had a conventional meal at lunch. But any order of meal replacement works and is fine. My process had begun!

So, once I discovered the value of low carb meal replacements that were high in protein to curb my hunger pangs, I got interested in finding out how many calories I was taking in! That way I could actually start to plan my daily menu for health!
I looked at a lot of different plans that are on today’s market. And I had some recommended by people I met at the gym, and read about some magazines, and of course, saw on TV. Some guaranteed fast weight loss, and some promised that you’d feel great. Some said you’d never put the weight back on. But I’d seen some of my friends that had lost a lot of weight fast and not only had they put the weight back on, but they looked and felt worse than I did!
Then I ran into a friend that I actually used to work out with, years earlier, and he looked great! I asked what his secret was and he asked if I’d ever heard of herbalife diet plans. Of course, I hadn’t. That became an introduction that changed my life from feeling sluggish and rundown to loosing weight the right way and feeling healthy!
